I MEAN C'mon, they were training RAPTORS and CLONING dinosaurs. If a raptor ate Owen and the Pig kid in the beginning of the movie would she go to jail or loose her job even!??? NOPE not her area. Thats fucking development shit that got outta her hands not under her job description or duties.. A raptor eating Chris Pratt and and Worker in a non park area would  NOT be her issue. She runs the PARKKKKKK. 

 

Is the marketing division gonna go to prison too lol?? 

 

You guys are forgetting its not her park she is not ceo, she is not the owner! She is not on the board, she is not in CHAGRE She is the manger of a very very very large apple bees. 

 

DID YOU WATCH THE MOVIE INGEN TAKES OVER AND INVADES THE ILAND WIHT MILTIARYYYYYYYYYY HOW CAN THEY BLAME HER!??? She didn't do shit. Is she running INGEN all of a sudden now?  ITS NOT HER JOB!

 

The list of people at INGEN who would go down instead of her would be HUGEEEE. They would investigate all the illegal shit/ 

 

Thats not how jobs work. If tomorrow someone brought a bomb in Disneyland and killed 5,000 people the park GM wouldnt go to proison haha

 

Would anyone accept a job at a zoo if that were the case? Just remember, your job is to make sure the park is staffed, we have enough toilet paper, and don't forget that id a lion gets out and eats some one all the blame goes on you.Remember if someone dies on a roller coaster its YOUR fault! haha not the case at all.

 

 

Quick exmaples

No one went to Jail at Sea World when that girl died. That whale killed 3 people at 2 different parks. Anyone go to jaiL????? Nopee. Least of all the Operations manger who has 0 fucking say in reality on stuff like that. 

 

2 years ago a 12 year old boy got his head cut off on a waterslide!!!! Park opened a week later, no one lost there jobs. company who built the ride got sued. The state reviewed and changed there saftey  standards. 

 

13 years ago thunder Mountain derailed at Disneyland Injuring 24 people and Killing 1. The dude who ran disneyland then is STILL in the TOP of the theme park game, He was CEO of Cedar fair right after Disney land and managed 14 themeparks around the country. 

 

 

The liability and insurance on this parks cover these types of positions unless it comes down to THEIR personals negligence was the sole reason that lead to deaths. That it. Thats a fact. I don't need to a lawyer to know that.

In real life, even if she was not facing criminal charges,Clair would be r eally busy fighing the massive civil suits that would be coming her way.

And the whole "Why the hell can't they just clone some more" point still stands.
