The Martian OS Thread | 17m Weekend | 245.6m OS total

2.9m AUD after 2 days in Australia. Easily #1. But it will be a strange weekend with both major football codes (AFL and rugby league) grand finals playing this weekend. But we also have a long weekend in much of the country to offset it. Either way at least 5m if not 6m+ AUD weekend happening down under. Ps. Converts to about 2m after 2 days and about 4m USD for the weekend.

Mojo has interstellar and gravity's OW in Aus as $3.6 million and $3.3 million resepectively. So despite being deflated by major sporting events, The martian's OW is expected to come in above both? Sounds pretty good to me :)

Gravity opened on the same weekend. In Australia this weekend is like having a Super Bowl for half the country on Saturday and then another one for the other half on Sunday.

Much obliged. How do you see this playing in Venezuela and South America in general?

Similar to Interstellar. I think.
