The actuals in Thailand are out - it seems that CA:CW only opened to $3.7m (4-day)/$4.9m (5-day) (131.34m/169.76m local) here. So it's just 5th biggest OW.

Good numbers, but still a little bit disapponted.  I mean, this movie broke records in many Asian countries. Thought it would do the same in Thailand.

Is that a record breaking OW in Korea....or does that record belong to another movie?

Apparently, CA CW is the biggest non-Korean film opening.

The top overseas plays for Steve Rogers vs Tony Stark this frame were Korea ($28.7M), Mexico ($20.4M), the UK ($21.1M), Brazil ($12.9M) and Australia ($10.6M). (Similarly, Korea led Ultron at open, followed by the UK, Russia, Brazil and France.)

Thailand update: local sources say the number through Monday is $5.66m, so about $0.8m on Monday (It's a holiday though, since 1 May fell on a Sunday).

Meanwhile BOM estimates the total as $7.4m, with $1.4m on Monday. IDK how there is such a big discrepancy.

We can expect massive numbers in the US. $550M WW by Sunday?

Much more. US and China alone will do 300-325 mill fri-sun..

So im thinking 650-700 mill without doing a huge research

$24 million for Monday doesn't sound too hot tbh. Monday was a Holiday in a lot of countries due to Sunday being Labour day. Tuesday's drop won't be pretty.

A lot of countries ?

Here in Brazil the holiday was in Sunday.
