Nothing against white women (I am one, after all), but let the film be a less restrictive reflection of the world.

Race is never the first thing on my mind. I don't make any decisions based on race, either way.

Saldana would be a good choice, and a better one than Kendrick IMO. I just didn't think of her at the time. Kerry Washington would be good too. But both are fast approaching 40 so I was trying to think of younger actresses...the ones I thought of just happened to be white.

And with all due respect, I think we need to back off the idea of casting Anna Kendrick for this. Yes, she's cool as all hell and she's well acquainted with Banks, but I think it's obvious that her physical limitations don't really make her right for this.

Was looking at a listing of freshman TV shows cancelled since 2011 and it had completely slipped my mind that a Charlie's Angels TV show aired just 3 seasons ago and starred the "New IT girl" of 2011 Minka Kelly

Not the *exact* same kind of humor. It should have some humor nonetheless.
