I get easily still imagine a $14.5M start, a 2.7x multiplier with a 40%/60% dbo / intl split, 39.15M dbo, 98M WW or even more happening for this.

Oh, it won't lose money because it has such a low budget,but it ain;t gonna make much in the way of profit, and  it will end being another failed attempt by Sony to get a franchise  to replace James Bond going.

At least they were cautious with the budget. Megaflop is impossible.

under-performance or not, this is guaranteed to be a financial success. made on a low budget, chick cast, good promotions, popular IP. ghostbusters didn't have 3 of those things.
