This movie seems like something that would be dead on arrival. I don’t think there’s any real appetite left for Transformers movies. Bumblebee managed to do ok thanks to positive reception and a holiday release, but even then, it was still the lowest grossing Transformers movie. I believe this franchise has run its course.

You should watch Transformers Prime. Comes close enough. But idk if the animation holds up today

In heartbreaking news, here in Turkey our Optimus Prime dubber Ayhan Kahya, best known for his insanely deep voice-so deep they don't apply any extra sound effects in post production at all, an anomaly among foreign Transformers dubs-had a heart attack and passed away at the age of 57. There is a sample in this video:

Ruhuna el Fatiha. Right as the first major Transformers movie in over half a decade is just around the corner too. His absence will be greatly felt.

Awesome trailer. They've learned all the right lessons from Bumblebee and it comes across on screen. Peter Dinklage is a bizarre choice as (I'm assuming) the on-the-ground main antagonist, but I can live with that. Can't wait to see it!

I never was a fan of Bayformers. Especially the sequels. Bumblebee was a step in the right direction.

 

This however looks incredible. 

 

And Arcee looks G1 accurate which was great to see. (Her having at that girl was too cute).

also let's be honest. Bay's style of action are why people went to the Transformers movies. . Without that you get something like Battleship or GI Joe type performance
