Actually, I was checking the fb of the agency that cast all the extras that worked on the film and found this:

It doesn't say it's from Day 6 but the date match and... Just check their fb and the Actra casting calls from August and you'll see.

Wow.  I didn't even know they were allowed to use babies that young....

Interesting to see this described as a horror movie. That line also makes it sound like she's not the main character.
