Sounds like superhero fatigue might finally be kicking in boyyyyyys

Not really. It's not like BOP cost 200 mil or anything, and it's sounding like it could over perform it's current tracking.

It'll likely just be a scenario where people are more selective: the good ones will flourish and the bad ones (Morbius) will not.

People have been talking about superhero fatigue since 2006.

Yeah. And the thing about Western Fatigue, which is often compared to Superhero Fatigue, is that it took more than 50 years for it to set in. Plus, at one point, Hollywood had been making 100+ westerns per year. Not only this, but it took an incendiary parody like Blazing Saddles to truly kill off the "wholesome western" for good. So yeah. Superhero films (and related narritve storytelling mediums) will maintain their audiences for a very long time.

The wholesome western was dead a long time before Blazing Saddles.

From the mid sixties on, westerns, at least the theatrical versions  were much darker then the kind poked fun at in "Blazing Saddles'.

And BLazing Saddles was not the first film to poke fun at Westerns."Cat Ballou" was a big hit in 1965;won Lee Marvin an Oscar, in fact.

Kill Religion.

They will give it a new  name.

They will create new sins & a slightly different moral system.

Kill Religion,it always comes back by the back door.

A pastor talked at the Baftas last nigth and his name was

Joaquin Phoenix.

He is Mentally ready to torture himself and do the Passion all over again on Mondovision.

These people think of themselves as such advanced free thinkers.

The land of the Free they said ...

If only they knew ... the poor souls.

I pity them.

Such is life.

You are always a slave to your beliefs.

Almost forgot, the main principle that defines any religious belief system, old and new is always the same :

HYPOCRISY
