That's just what we need in the Marvel Cinematic Universe!

Move over great characters with compelling story lines, we need more dick and pussy - that's what all the great movies and TV shows these days have! You can't possibly have a good movie without fucking. It's sooooooooo important that we see sex - especially if it's two guys or two women doing it - that the world is going to explode if we don't get some type of oral sex scene in next two or three movies.

Can the world just get this nuclear war show on the road already?

Weird flex but... ok.

It's no longer a very high bar. :whosad:

if Jim made a superhero movie we'll like them all!!!

Yeah right, just like we like all 3d movies which were done crapply.

If anything a Jim superhero movie will as you say, show us all how low the bar really is.

I personally am going to boycott "Avatar 2" if there aren't at least four or more fucking scenes in it.

And one better be where a white male human "validates" the blue alien female's existence by using her to fulfill his alien... race... species... whatever... fetish.

OR ELSE.

Jim made An Aquaman movie in an alternate reality...😵

At last another person who remembers that running joke from Entourage.....

And I admit Cameron playing himself in "The Muse" was pretty funny....

No, he means talking about sex and how not a single person seems to have gotten laid since Iron Man in the first film. Like most blockbusters, the MCU seems to have forgotten that sex is a thing and part of being human. It's almost as if sex is being treated as something dirty and should never be referenced at all. Wonder Woman and (know that I think about it) Deadpool are the only two superhero movies that have actually shown sex in a positive way and a human quality.

It's not something that has bothered me a lot in the MCU but I do appreciate it that two superhero movies were able to do something (and one of them PG-13) that pretty much every other movie in this genre has forgotten about.

Oh, I think there is sex in the MCU but's it's implied rather then shown.

Spoiler

In Endgame, Tony Stark has a five year old daughter, so presumly he boinked Pepper at some point.

Does anyone have a tickets sold estimate update for Endgame vs. Avatar?

I don't think that number is reported or counted. The only times I've seen that kind of info people have been doing some very dodgy calculations and/or mental gymnastics. I'd love to see a properly sourced list on that though.

There are places that do count admissions. I think France is one of them but I don't know the numbers there right now.

I have seen a number of lists over the years that seemed to be calculated very responsibly but I understand your reservations. In a general sense, it should not be too difficult to pin down a range country-by-country, which could total a broader range.

As I said above, look into France, they actually count admission rather than predict them which is always a messy business with ER and Pop Growth.
