a litte bump for this gem

 

It's coming in world premiere in berlin festival in feb:)

 

Imo i think T2 3d is gonna blow away everyone again lol.

 

When you spend 8 months to the convert it can not be bad.

 

God T2 was always a movie i wanted to see in theater but i was 7 year back then so

 

i think it can do around 75m in NA and maybe 300m around the world maybe more if CHina blows up.

 

Gonna be a fun ride boys.

It's got the China factor which Titanic didn't. So I expect similar numbers.

yes boys of course Titanic did incredible in China for the size of the market in April 2012.

 

The market is much bigger now! Which you guys already knew.. big factor no?

 

2012: $2.7B

2016: $ 6.58B 

 

~2.5x bigger

 

I'll wear my heart on my sleeve and call $200m from t2:3d

On a german site they revealed the release date. August 29, which in the fiction is the day Skynet became self aware. Sick!  

 

Have been trying to find an english source, without luck. But the site is usually very reliable, it says the date came from StudioCanal, which is the distribution company co-responsible for the re-release.

 

For anyone that can read german...

Don't think it will be on August 29 in the US. That is Labor Day weekend and Inhumans TV Series is planning to release in IMAX theaters that weekend.

I completely forgot about this film or did not think that it will ever happen but now it's for sure under my Top 10 of the year.
What experience this must be for someone who does not know the film at all. I'm jealous. (Like some/most others here I missed it in theaters too.)

From the screens they've put out looks like a lot of care has been put into the restoration. Really looking forward to it.
