He'll. If he gave numbers on Christmas eve then for sure on Christmas day. Also, he's based in Australia so by the time he gives some numbers it should already be 26.

If you're a fan why 2? I watched TA1 10+ times when it came out and I'm hoping for the same for SW7. If you love it, like I do you're going to go see as many times as possible.

Watched it for the second time this afternoon with the kids. Had crappy seats off to the side, right up in front again so I'll have to see it at least one more time. The fun part was that the theater was within a few seats of being full. It obviously wasn't as enthusiastic as the Thursday night crowd, but they still clapped and cheered 4-5 times during the movie. Wild to see crowds still doing that over a week after a movie opens.

 

Edit - Wow. Just realized the sell out count for the weekend is up to about where it was on Wednesday of last week. So, about 1/3 of Sat and Sun shows sold out. That's pretty amazing.

Just saw the Big Short and now I'm in my third showing of Star Wars with my family this time. Maybe 40% full, less than the big short but there are 4 show times this hour so I'm not super surprised.

 

Missing my home theaters, though, Syracuse mall ain't great.

I like the big short. Some new ways of story telling. I was a little confused at first when Margot showed up in a bubble bath.
