I am gonna follow exactly the same I did last week: copy paste the boxoffice.com predictions  

 

The only one I changed was PPZ which they had at 11M and I put 8.5M and that was still way too high.

So, 1st and 2nd are pretty easy but how is 3rd vs 4th established? Higher score in the round they were knocked out?

This weeks winners will play each other for 1st & 2nd next week.

So you're going to predict 81M for Deadpool?  

 

Edit: That's their 4 day, but their 3 day is probably over 70M.

Probably gonna edit that a bit to around 60M or so. Sounds like a sweet spot between a break-out and a "failure" (and by "failure" I mean 50M OW).

Well, ballpark, I'd guess you'll be ~35% ahead of me after the 3 new openers. On the holdovers, you mostly went high and I went low. We'll see if I can make it up there.

Aside from Tower at $100m, most were in the $75-85m range for Deadpool.  Will be curious to see the prediction averages for this tough week.

They're up... average was just over 70M

I took a chance with Deadpool. based on early numbers it seems to be paying off.

Estimates for the 4-day weekend range from $129m to $136. 

 

Which is quite epic if we are honest. While everybody expected Deadpool to be a major hit, I think this genuinely demolishing any reasonable expectation.
