This is far and away the most ambitious and complex CBM ever produced. But the theater owners and exec' s would never go for a 3 hour version of a comic book movie. That is why it seems choppy and confusing to many except young people who are conditioned to take in a vast amount of info and process it. Plus it shakes up the genre in a fresh way.

So yes, it will benefit greatly from a longer version.IMO.

Wow. It's like watching a robot try to figure out one of those 'This statement is a lie' logic puzzles.

"We need the 3-hour cut to get the good WOM needed from the audience...not that the theatrical cut isn't good enough to get that WOM... but we need the 3-hour cut to get good WOM... not that the theatrical cut isn't good enough... but we need the 3-hour cut... bzzt... not that the theatrical cut isn't- bzzt *spark* bzzt... 3 hour cut... bzzt... error..."

To me this extended versions of the LOTR trilogy are vastly superior to the theatrical versions.

I expect that will be the same with BvS.

And don't forget Cinderella as well.

Yeh when somehow Cinderella dropped 0.7% the weekend Avengers 2 opened.

Despite all other films in the top 12 dropping 55-70%.

Sneaky mouse.

Those are rounding errors. Heh.

Could it be they throw in other streams as a lump sum instead of tracking them weekly such as revenue from discount theaters?
