This is gonna significantly underperform expectations if it stays put in its current date. Even if theatres are open at that time, people will still be wary of going to such closed crowded places. This has to move, I dont know what Disney is thinking

Mulan is gonna bombs so hard at this point. Disney would be insane to keep BW at the current date.

As a Disney shareholder  I think it was irresponsible to walk away knowing COVID-19 will be a big factor for Disney. But no company is about 1 individual.

 

Edit: On second thoughts Musk for Tesla or Bezos for Amazon are showstoppers.

The NBA suspending it's season is huge. Nothing liked that has happened before. Fear factor will be off the chart.

Ironcially enough, Disney owns a good hunk of the Orlando Magic NBA team and the arena they play in, so the Mouse will take a hit there.

Yeah 2nd trailer views were down from what I would expect considering how solid the teaser numbers were. 

 

Just move it to July before others move their films.

AQP2 is really screwed, because a movie with an apocalyptic setting does not seem what people are in the mood for right now.....

If nothing else the way the situation has escalated over the past two hours just shows how it impossble to predict how long or how bad things are going to get.

THe people here who are still trying to act like it's business as usual are going to look really silly if they keep it up.

Eternals is a franchise starter for them no way they're moving it to Disney+.

Makes more sense for Black Widow considering her character is dead and this movie takes place in the past so it doesn't really effect the future of the MCU unlike the Eternals.

Are you sure? The space between Black Widow and the Eternals is too short even if the latter gets the holiday legs.

I think that Marvel moves Black Widow to Nov and The Eternals to Dr Strange 2 date, especially if filming for that movie gets delayed. Dr Strange 2 can then take Nov 2021 and then Thor 4 can take Feb 2022 (or it takes May and BP 2 moves to Feb)

Yep, it would be a-okay. People are way too sensitive about MCU movies being close to each other, there’s really no reason to think it would be a negative as long as they’re at least  a month or so apart.
