That being said, my interest level went way up seeing this trailer...it seems to pay homage without being a straight rehash...and it kept the music, which is mandatory...

It seems like Alice in Wonderland 3, oops. Also director  .... meh.

 

p.s. Anyway, I wish only success for Mackenzie Foy.

I began to watch the trailer, heard dialogue, and stopped right then and there.

 

This might be a visually appealing film, but this is not the Nutcracker film I am interested in. I thought this might have been like the ballet, which has a firm foundation in grace and artistry, but with Disney at the helm, who was I kidding.

 

Beauty and the Beast 2.0, comin' right up. Ugh.

It'll probably post numbers similar to Into the Woods. Mary Poppins Returns is gonna be the Disney juggernaut of the holidays for sure.
