I repeat I think Cats worked well as a stage show but don't think it can work on screen. Some things just do not transalate well to another medium.

Cats just look too bizzare for the general audience. Comparasions with Greatest Showman are just not applicable.

Anyone else find it odd that this film is out in 6 weeks, yet there's been no second trailer? It's been 16 weeks since the first trailer debuted during Comic Con.

 

We're not seeing any push right now to change the bad narrative that resulted from that first trailer.

Honestly, after how big the impact (even if it wasn't a good one lol) of the first trailer was, they probably think that they got their message out there and don't have to go through the effort anymore.  Although they'll probably attach something in time for Frozen.
