Also, what is with Scar's design in this? Dude looks like literally every other lion in the movie.

I don’t understand why they kept Mufasa’s voice actor but not Scar’s.

Jeez...people are unfairly shitting on this as yet another Disney live action remake that they’re expected to hate.

Christ...first Dumbo got mixed reception...and now they’re expecting TLK one to be another hated Disney live action remake?

So is that Zimmer's 'new' score being used in the trailer? Definitely sounds like a 2019 reinterpretation of King of Pride Rock straight from Media Ventures

No offense to JEJ, but his voice sounds super off in this.

he's 100 years old and it feels in his voice. it was detectable in RO too.

Are you guys seriously expecting every new Disney live action remake after to automatically suck and hate them after the saddening debacle that Dumbo got? :whosad:

Why don't you reply to criticisms rather than putting words into everyone's mouth.

maybe guys just didn't like the trailer? Why does it have to be an anti-Disney or anti-remake agenda?

Because i know some of you are expecting to hate this, Aladdin or both anyway. So what’s the point for you even caring when we get to these movies?

Because its James Earl Jones and they wanted a mostly black cast

(Also Irons is difficult to work with to say the least)

No, I liked Dumbo. This looks horribly dull. It's just a worsened version of the original.

It's like black and white films that get colourised, or old films that get a 3D re-release. This is the same they've just converted the original 2D film to 3D CGI.

TLK trailer reception on social media are amazing, there’s nothing to worry about reception, critics will rave it.

Aladdin probably gonna have a similar or slight better reception than Dumbo with critics, but audiences will probably loved it since apparently is packed with a lot of actions sequences, colors, songs and visual effects.

Dumbo underperform because of lack of marketing and the movie is really meh, not because of reviews (drops are worse than AWIT which have much worse reviews).

Again, you are putting words into mouth. If people criticise something, doesn't mean they don't care about it.

Neither of these are given. Far from it, I'd say.

Yep, TLK is not getting under Jungle Book reviews and that one sits at 95%.
