Damn! The good doctor really delivered with Thursday dailies @$6.2m! Did I read that right?

Total now stands at $110m going into weekend #2

Is there any poster who really wants to talk about DS "squeaking" past $200m still?

Yes, if the worded it right. Only Hacksaw Ridge got an 'estimated' added.

We will see when the charts are up... ;)

terrestrial, there is a problem with your title, you forgot to mention 6.2m is Doctor Strange ;)

Great number :)

Thank you, I lost the 'Strange' (but not the ammount) as I tried to get the | key in (or as I edited it for a typo). My keyboard does not have that ... key/sign/whatever

Everyone needs to keep in mind that this is normal for this weekends make up and that as a result Saturday increases won't be nearly as broad as normal (neither will Fridays for that matter.)

You speak about Friday = Veteran's Day, or? Is that an US-wide public holiday?

Depends. It's a government holiday and most schools are out but it's average for everyone else. In comparison to previous Fridays kiddie flicks aren't going up 250% since the increase on Thursday mitigates the actual percentage increase. Week to week will seem normal though. And Saturday will be muted but still increase just not 100% (for kiddies). It's a weird calendar outlay for this particular holiday.
