Baumer's 50 Best Christmas movies of all time

Recommended Posts

pretty 50/50 on love actually. the emma thompson/alan rickman story is very good (they're also the only ones doing the good acting everyone else just cutesy mugging) there's some real bullshit in there though. like the part with the BT guy going to america is all-time bad.

Fanny and Alexander, Metropolitan, Batman Returns, The Hudsucker Proxy and Carol are others I would add to what I quoted from TalismanRing earlier. (Yeah my definition of a Christmas movie is pretty broad).

I know for a fact that BATMAN RETURNS will make @Christmas Baumer's list. He loves that movie to death.

Image result for what is that gif

Goatherding in Blessed Winter is a 1963 Yemeni/British co-production.

Young Aparajit's Visions of Father Christmas was made in Bengal in 1972.

The Sound of Snow Falling on Wreathes is a rough translation, but it came out in Cambodia in 1994.

And Stigmata of Ecstacy, a Italian/Spanish/Portuguese exploitation flick from 1975.
