With yesterday's ER, TFA would have done $1.161b, about $30m more than the original gross (not applying inflation). The biggest markets would be (over $15m):

UK: $164.5m (-$19.3m)

China: $123.6m (-$0.5m)

Germany: $120.9m (+$9.5m)

Japan: $104.7m (+$6.9m)

France: $95.3m (+$6.7m)

Australia: $71.0m (+$3.7m)

Spain: $39.4m (+$3.1m)

Brazil: $32.5m (+$4.7m)

Russia: $31.1m (+$5.1m)

Italy: $30.4m (+$2.1m)

South Korea: $26.3m (+$2.2m)

Mexico: $24.1m (+$3.1m)

Sweden: $21.5m (+$0.1m)

Poland: $18.4m (+$1.8m)

Netherlands: $16.9m (+$1.2m)

I‘m sure TFA finished with over $180M in the UK, they just took the ER from summer 2016 when the movie reopened in a few cinemas for the whole boxoffice run, which is ridiculous.

You are right. According BFI, TFA grossed 123.2m Pounds that means $183.8m taking the release date ER (0.6702).

Applying today ER, those 123.2m Pounds means $164.5m

Do you think there will be a huge decline in TLJ's UK box office relative to TFA?

The UK will perform similarly to how USA&Canada will perform. If it drops 20% domestic, it will probably drop 20% in the UK.

My estimate for TLJ's domestic total is ~$700m.

lol, is there even one OS market where it could grow over TFA? ^^

I think there isn't one. TFA is a once in a lifetime event. The excitement building up to that movie was phenomenal. Although there will be decrease in totals, I think TLJ will still become the top grossing film of 2017, both domestic and worldwide. My prediction is from $1.4 billion to $1.6 billion.

I can see Indonesia, India or Vietnam doing it, they're really fast-growing so why not? Brazil could surprise as well, as always.

Exchange rates are better today than 2015.

Yep. Far better in Brazil that's for sure ^^
