This to me looks like one of those movies where the character and the actor playing it are a perfect blend. This could mean huge box office. I predict 1B and more than The Batman (you heard it here first)

Maybe, but I think it has more to do with leading into a hbomax spinoff series for one of the JSA members.

The trailer will be released close to The Batman.

 

My guess is: Peacemaker season finale (February 17) > Black Adam trailer (February 24) > The Batman (March 3).

Having it drop at the end of the Peacemaker finale wouldn't be the worst idea, especially given the rumored Jen Holland cameo in B.A. Max and New Line could hype the shit out of that.

I don't think they ever gave up on it, they just did not stress it.

More concerned that they might have shaky foundation given we don't know how Peacemaker will do in the ratings, since SS 2 which introduced the charecter under performed at the box office.

BTW we also have confirmation that Wondy will make a appreance in  the Second Shazam movie.
