I'm sure Arrival will be higher than Passengers with the major Oscar nominations and re release into top theaters. Passengers lost all its good and even decent theaters anywhere near me, some time ago.

 

However, if Passengers goes over $100M, that would make Arrival FARTHER from $100M than Passengers.
