Curtis1986
Congrats on another box office success for this franchise. It's like this movie is going to make around 50 to 60 million domestically on a 13 million dollar budget. I guess the purge why would be greenlit anytime now.

OdinSon2k14
Man 🤣...if you're looking for a change of pace, from the mostly cartoonish violence of the comic book movies this summer? The First Purge should do it 🤣. This is a violent, adult movie. Very realistic portrayals of inner city drug drug kingpins and dealers. Very controversial imagery...reenacting certain well known civil rights events and hate crimes... Theres a villain, a drug addict named "Skelator". It was strange... ...how he was killed off. He randomly cuts the young drug dealer across his neck. So the young dealer is in on the purge, so he can kill Skelator. Skelator is stabbing and killing people left and right at the purge party. The young dealer catches up to Skelator. Skelator wins the scuffle, and the dealer runs off. Skelator later attacks the dealer and his sister. There can can only be one ending here. Skelator has to die at the hands of the young dealer, that he TORMENTED. Didn't happen...the militia group that the Founding Fathers sent out to kill everybody, are shooting up the highrise. Suddenly...Skelator becomes a HERO...he attacks the militia guys, and they pump him full of bullets. That's that... I would have had the protagonist group kill the militia guys, and THEN Skelator appears! The young dealer finally gets his revenge by putting a bullet in Skelator's skull! So, the ending was odd, but overall, it will more than satisfy any craving for violence 🤣. The one thing about this franchise is how, in each movie, they build several stories, with various characters, within the movie, and they smoothly intertwine them at the end. What the MCU does over several movies, Purge manages to do iin one 90 minute movie 🙂.

I'm still laughing at the people who were comparing this to the Paranormal Activity franchise.
John Rambo
Liked last 2 purge movies alot. Especially the Election year which was similar to Hilary-Trump episode liked the way they tried to portray a maniac in that movie! I wonder if it actually released here in India....if yes then i missed it! Eagerly waiting for the DVD release!!!!
