yes with the awards. Buzz should carry it to a nice boxoffice for that kind of a movie. It gotta be cheap.

Not keen on it breaking out in a big indie way due to the studio but could see it eventually with long play (and good reviews / award noms-wins, etc) eeking out a 25m gross.... I for one can't wait to see it for Janney alone.

I am sure that the criminals..led by Tonya's husband..were such total incompetent klutzes is where a lot of the film's comedy is going to come from. Imagine the Three Stooges trying to pull off something as big as de facto fixing a Olympic event and you pretty much have it.

I remember watching this play out on the news.

 

It was a real WTF story, an "only in the movies" type of story.

 

....and here we are, right where it belongs.
