Dragon....

I've gotten the trailer at Star Wars and Little Women, and they keep putting that dragon scene and the squirrel saying 'I'm too beautiful to die" at the end as their big money shot. I don't get it either.

I... don't think the 20s will a good decade for Robert. Other than the residual checks.

He s probably burnt with the socialists  directors from the coasts.

He will have a hard time getting non studio-franchise jobs.

I saw a journalist worked in US said on Chinese social media that the embargo will be left a day before domestic opening. I won't make conclusion at this point. But it's not hard to see Uni don't have much confidence.

He has a net worth of 300 Million...most of it from playing Iron Man.....so he is pretty much set up for life.

Not bad for a guy who 15 years ago was pretty much broke and washed up with a promising career apparently thrown away through drugs. It's one of the greatest Hollywood come back stories.

I'm really looking forward to seeing what projects he does post-MCU. Dolittle doesn't count for me. I thought I would go see ANYTHING he did after but I thought wrong. I'd see another Sherlock Holmes though. I just hope he does something more interesting soon.

RDJ should have done some larger than life and witty character film. That's what Hollywood lacks. Stars don't consolidate their image, except Rock. Rock in an action film can still bring good numbers internationally, but remove him from action stuff and he is fuss. RDJ has a bigger potential stardom, he needed to consolidate post Iron Man hype with something like Sherlock or some original action film even.

Still Asia will open well for the genre. Expecting $350mn, may be even $400-500mn if well liked.

FWIW the trailer played before TROS and my wife, who sees like one movie a year because two hours without nicotine is her idea of torture, leaned over at the end and said, “I want to see that, it looks fun.”

So I guess I’ll be going.

I wasn't going but my nephew would like me to take him so....that's decided. Maybe it'll surprise me?
