Dementeleus
Robert Towne is joining the MM writing staff. Yes, *the* Robert Towne.
rockNrollaDIM
So how was the past season? I gave up after like three episodes. Will probably marathon the rest at some point.
Michael Gary Scott
I thought it was good
Jake Gittes
Great as usual. It got better as it went along, with a brilliant mid-season what-the-fuck-did-I-just-watch episode, a couple of seriously powerful gut-punches and a shockingly moving final scene (personally I was in tears before I knew it). CoolioD1
I loved this season though I think I can understand why it annoyed so many people.

Lordmandeep
Mad Men never become to widely watched but its style is very influential .
MrPink
Best opener in a long while for the Mad Men series. Really great job of reacquainting everybody (but the Francis family) and picking up quite nicely from the major implications of the Season 6 finale. lilmac
I was bored. I'm sure it'll get good eventually. Like, Boardwalk Empire, Mad Men can be a slow boil sometimes.

MrPink
This season has been terrific so far. Roger's throwdown in the meeting was amazing. Even Jessica Pare did some good work today.

Lordmandeep
Lou reminds me of old managers at work who are behind in the times.

BoxOfficeFangrl
Last year Ginsberg was saying something about transmissions to his brain, he would do stuff that was just "off" but then seem normal again. So tired of Megan, so I was rather amused that her threesome offer failed to hold Don's interest. I would say it was the death knell of the marriage but Weiner is determined to drag this out. LOL when Henry was referring the Betty/Sally argument and called them both "girls". Normally, that would set off my sexism triggers but in this case Betty really does seem to have the mentality of a sulky teenager at best. She acts like any time her kids do something "wrong", that they're out to get her and hurt her feelings because everything is all about her, at least in her head. Total narcissist.
