kayumanggi
This doesn't beat Mars Need Moms. Sorry, that is the real bomb. The MARS in the titles confused me. My apologies.
John Marston
Update200.6M I wonder which opened higher in Japan. John Carter or Battleship. Dumb idea to release them both on the same weekend

DoctorWho
It's not a bomb but a flop. In ten years or so some Hollywood bean counters might realize it actually did break even. Or that it was "just" a 50 million dollar loss. Both statements wouldn't qualify to call it a "bomb".If it had like 400-450 mill WW, the it would be a flop, but with what it did, i's a BOMB.If you do not agree with what i say read this: http://io9.com/57473...o-be-profitable Edited April 27, 2012 by DoctorWho

Ozymandias
Was looking at this film's BOM page HOLY SHIT, the budget for this was 250m? I thought it was 200m. Yeah, that takes it from flop to flat out bomb imo.

Also, didn't know horror typically does exceptionally well on Home Video.
