Change your settings so that you receive Pm's only from trusted members. Also dont forget to turn off flairs. Some trolls put spoilers in their flairs itself. I also turned off all thumbnails in case someone tried to post spoilers through there. I also changed the ratings so I see only those posts with 5 positive ratings or above only. And I venture into the new section carefully. So far these precautions have helped me stay spoiler free on Reddit.

I understood what you meant. But part of the excitement of seeing a movie nowadays is what comes before the movie even opens. The trailers, their breakdowns and reactions to them. presales run and tracking both domestically and OS, social media and critics reactions, the comments and the freak outs and anticipation are all part of the movie experience, at least for me. 

 

And for a movie like Endgame, all of these things are dialled up to 11. I dont want to miss out on these things as it would take away from the experience for me. I also want to avoid spoilers ofcourse. Which is why I still visit these sites with as many precautions as I can take.

These are not theaters I follow, but I have more final sets for my metro area that I figured I'd post to see how Endgame is getting booked in final sets...

 

A 14 screen - 7.5 screens to Endgame (30 showings)

A 9 screen -  5 screens to Endgame (21 showings) 

An 11 screen - 5 screens to Endgame (22 showings)

A 12 screen - 7 screens to Endgame (28 showings)

An 8 screen - 4 screens to Endgame (16 showings)

 

At all the final sets, CM and Shazam are the BIG winners in the holdover game (as is LL, but that probably got protected) - every theater on this list has kept both on a full screen...

 

In an interesting twist, Penguins has not been showing protected at any of them...and neither has Breakthrough...those that booked those movies last week have dropped them to as low as 2 showings/day for the weekend...

 

This info is making me leery of the $300M DOM OW...it's gonna be hard without MoviePass to guarantee every bad seat is bought, to have enough showings and seats to take Endgame over the top.  Not impossible, but the path is more uphill with showing saturation only at about 60%, and not 80% at the smaller screened theaters...
