There are tons of showings that can be shed and theaters.  AEG even before the expansion had a better PTA than Shaft, DP, Goz2, Late Night, Anna. MIBI doesn't warrant 4K+ theaters (and it's the 3rd w/e),  nor SLOP 3,800.  More than enough for 2 wide openers and an expansion.
