Pulse is still the same as the list I posted a few hours ago. Over a 5 minute period, AA sold 6 tickets, mother! and Thor sold 3 each, and Kingsman sold 2.

Kingsman looks like it could be a moderate sized hit, but dammit if it should've been released in August. It would've done much, much better than it will now.

 

I'm actually not seeing madness behind the idea that Ninjago may end up beating it DOM-wise. Not anymore, at least.

FWIW American Assassin has a lot of twitter engagement relative to most movies.  25.2K followers on twitter is more than half what IT had 3 days before release (was about 42K).  Hitman's Bodyguard was around 5K and Annabelle around 7-8K.  Engagement on tweets is a lot too.  

 

I don't entirely get it, but this movie may break out to some extent.

They werr obviosuly hoping for it to be the first big movie of the fall and the first big movie since Dunkirk but It then stole its thunder

I don't doubt that at all, it just backfired more than expected. It'll still do well, but nowhere near as well as I originally assumed it would.

Looks like Paramount is pulling an Arrival on mother!'s TC: 2,367. AA is up to 3,100 now
