What my theater looks like:

Daddy's Home 2 113 2147 5.26%
Orient Express 127 1269 10.01%
Justice League 489 1921 25.46%
Wonder 118 1294 9.12%
Coco 4 2464 0.16%
Star Wars 2310 4330 53.35%

For some reason, they doubled Daddy's Home 2 showtimes from 4 to 8, even though Orient Express has been selling more at the same point in time. Wonder has seen a pretty big boost as I mentioned earlier, and looks to benefit from being the first PG film since My Little Pony. Coco just started selling tickets today, so that's why the presales numbers are so low.

Dang ..that SW ...that's crazy over 50% and over a month out ...

I’m waiting until Friday for my Coco report due to timing and I can have two family film comparison at the same point in time for better reference (DM3 and Star). I might do Wonder tomorrow.

Orient Express is selling tickets for Friday pretty quickly at my theater :jeb!:

That movie is like Star Wars for seniors.  I'm actually seeing it with my mom this weekend and expect to be the youngest person there.

Pulse:

1- Thor

2- BM

3- Thor 3d

4- MOTOE

5- SW

5 min watch:

DH2: 25

JL: 23

Wonder: 5

Coco: 3

No The Star tickets this time, but I’ve seen some popping through the day.

Edit: Man, this 5 min thing can really change in a short amount of time.

I decided to do another watch half an hour later to see if the results would be consistent:

JL: 25

DH2: 7 (whattt???)

Wonder: 2

Coco: 3

2nd local is up - very interesting set...shows how dead Oct was...

Everything else is GONE...HDD, Geostorm, The Foreigner, Suburbicon, Blade Runner...not much of October even carrying to Nov 10 weekend (3 movies and 1 only gets a single showing:)...

Yeah it's not a really good way to gauge it unless it's consistent ..although JL in this case is pretty consistent .... I been doing the same thing and it ranges from 20-27/5 minutes as well.

Well if its 25% of Thor then 150mil should be the Tracking Number  which I don’t think is a bad Start until Thursday previews numbers hit and then That Number will rise.

IMHO JL can /Will match BVS Thursday Number and if that happens then 170will be the floor.

Thor 3's online tickets didn't surge until the last couple of days.

2 days before opening it was at 65-70% of GOTG2 which would have translated to a $95-102.5m opening.

Deep Wang update:

- Thor at 65-70% of Guardians 2 (no exact point in time comp, have 6 hours before and 6 hours from)

- Bad Moms has exceeded Girls Trip by a lot

- JL increased about 20% since the last update (unfortunately there are no DC comps available till Thursday before release week anymore, so about 10 days to wait for any comps)

- TLJ exceeded 10M (Rogue One had finished at just over 15M)

A couple of days before opening SM:HC was neck and neck with WW in pre-sales at this chain but ended up with a $10%+ o/w

Basically things tend to change a lot the last week and sometimes the correlations are just off - like Bad Moms to Girl Trip

MT update:

#1 Thor3 50.5%
#2 A Bad Moms Christmas 14.8%
#3 Jigsaw 3.1%

#4 Murder on the Orient Express 3%
#5 PSV Garuda Vega 3%

Edit:
#1 Thor3 49.3%
#2 Bad Moms2 15.5%
#3 Orient Express 3.4%
#4 Jigsaw 3.1%
#5 Star Wars: The Last Jedi 2.9%

I remember that „Sully“ also appeared on Wednesday around the same time. Not completely comparable of course but for sure a good sign.
