So if ww beat cars friday does that auto mean it beats it today (sat) as well? Or does parents being off work and taking kids to matinees pull cars ahead of wondy.

Cars did 7.65 on Friday compared to 7.3 for WW so it did not beat cars. That being said I expect WW to come out on top of cars for the weekend. WW did have a bigger friday jump than cars and I expect it to jump higher on saturday and hold better on Sunday than cars.

Some movies Tele Jr should see

Black Swan

Blue is the Warmest Color

Mulholland Drive

Carol

The Handmaiden

Heavenly Creatures

But I'm a Cheerleader

Heavenly Creatures is incredible but it's pretty light on lesbian action and pretty heavy on parent-murdering action, so I dunno if it'd be wise. Maybe replace that with Bound. And throw in The Duke of Burgundy too.

The best film for young viewers to watch is Coraline. Tele jr. would enjoy it.

He saw it and did enjoy it I think.

I think WW is guaranteed to have a softer drop than cars on Sunday. So all it really has to do is increase maybe 5% more on Saturday then cars and it should come in second for the weekend.

Ocean's 11 is a perfect movie. 10/10. Flawless.

Ocean's 12 is a lot of fun. Vincent Cassel has a lot to do with that.

Ocean's 13 is also fun.

Very good trilogy. Heist movies are the best, and every franchise should have a heist movie in it.

Since 2008 there was always one movie every summer that, after it opened, became the summer winner (DOM) quite clearly. There was no close race. But this summer GotG2, WW and maybe Spidey and Valerian Despicable Me 3 could make this a lot more interesting.

Ocean's 13 automatically wins because it has no Julia Roberts. That plus hammy Pacino is a better villain than dull Garcia (who in turn is better and more fun as a guy who helps out the crew but whom you don't know if you can fully trust).
