Xillix
Also - what if I want to schedule a movie that's not a blockbuster or an awards contender, but not a filler either? Like a horror movie I plan to do a full write-up on. Can those go here or do I need to wait for Part 1?

If you think your horror movie can have tentpole status (generally if you aim to make over $100m at the domestic box office) or Oscar potential you may include it, otherwise wait for Part 1. Also I forgot to include that you need to have the genre(s) of your film listed. Editing the first post now.
