Even with Inception's 16% Saturday jump and sub-12% Sunday hold, it would be around $50.7 million. That's the ceiling. $47-48m seems more likely.

After hearing 30-35 in weekend tracking pretty recently, I think an opening day close to 20 is pretty great.

Yeah initial 22mil is very impressive, but anything close to 20mil is still an outstanding number. OW over Interstellar is great.

Good, good. Better than the initially expected 5.5 that Rth reported. Maybe hit $20M+ this weekend with that Friday number.

Very pleased with WW number. I was a little scared after the Thursday number. I am hoping for a 4.2-4.6 weekend. Less than 40% drop gets it to 400 mil hopefully. I cannot wait to watch Dunkirk and for some reason, I would like to see Valerian. It seems like a different type of movie. Although, the lead actor doesn't fit the typical presentation of an action hero. I saw Apes and I really liked it. I don't know how this prequel trilogy fit into the original Charleston Heston version. They introduced characters with the same names, but they are millennia apart. I wish there would have been something at the end which explained the time look and the nuclear war of the original version.
