Do you find Tolkein boring?

I recognize what he did for fantasy and i respect him for it, but i don't LOTR and TH are the greatest fantasy books ever written though i won't say they were boring.

His work is always tough to read, but never gets boring. He is always the better storyteller than PJ.

Tolkien is an amazing storyteller and from all his works I love Silmarillion the most. I often found his history/myths to be so well conceived and interesting.
