Joker | Oct 4 2019 | BE WARNED | ZERO TOLERANCE

Recommended Posts

"People" on the 4chan board, /tv/ are calling this movie ES JAY DUBYA bc of certain plot points and the fact that Joker likes a black girl.

And the "checkmarks" on Twatter are calling the film right wing Incelbait.

MFW this film manages to piss off the woke crowd AND the Righties:

Still waiting a week before I actually see it tho.

Aaaaabsolutely, they'll just take these 2 and cover up every single inch of negative space with stars and/or review quotes.

Hey guys new user here with a question...

Daily mail and few others have imparted Joker 4 or 5 stars but I don't see their reviews on RT website as of yet..

Any particular reason for it?

I know it's not going to happen, but if WB ever wanted to do a mid-budget, weirder-than-normal Batman film now would be a very good time. One hopes the success of this would allow Matt Reeves a bit more leeway on the tone of whatever he's planning.

SJWs can be accused of a lot of things, but overthinking isn't one of them.

Bring back Michael Keaton as an older Batman training an apprentice. Focus on a murder mystery plot with one of Bruce's old villains plotting against him so we get to see him in full detective mode. Money in the bank.

A Hush adaptation would be excellent.

Rupert Pupkin is a reflection of most of the users on random internet sites. So, I'm not surprised that they can't handle the reflection of a mirror that is turned upon them. Idolatry is present in many broken people, and it doesn't matter what group they throw themselves into.

PS: We all know this Joker is heavily influenced by Rupert Pupkin in King of Comedy. Someone will do a side by side comparison in the not too distant future.

Movie has been building some really good buzz and might be WB's most well marketed movie in quite some time. If WB is able to keep the momentum going, I can see it do really well. And the boxoffice should help with Oscar chances too. Definietly not going to be a Pika-Pika situation if you ask me.

We’ll probably have a ton reactions and reviews next week for this, it has three showings at TIFF and the  screening on the 13th had like 780 tickets available I believe.
