STEPHEN KING'S IT WEEKEND THREAD | 117.15 Mill!....NO SPOILERS..NOT EVEN IN TAGS!

Recommended Posts

Even if Sat stays flat from true Friday, and with a bad Sunday, 100 is real.

13.5 + 34.5 + 34.5 + 17.5 (-49.3%) = 100 ow (48 od)

Unless Sat decreases from true Friday or Sunday shows say a big 55% drop, 100 should happen.

I mean that's actually a pretty good prediction for OD to OW

Oh wait......he thought OW and total

Makes 60/130/420 look like a reasonable prediction 😂

He needs a safe space right now.

Kevin is like a weird reverse good luck charm, stans against a WB film and it does boffo business.

Went to see which Stephen King films I had seen, and I was surprised how I mostly managed to avoid the bad stuff. Both Carrie, The Shining, Christine, Apt Pupil, The Green Mile, The Mist, 1408... All varying degrees of good. Dark Tower and Shawshank are the only stinkers in there.

As for my Kubrick ranking

the good ones

1. Paths of Glory
2. The Shining
3. The Killing
4. Eyes Wide Shut

the average

5. Barry Lyndon
6. Clockwork Orange
7. Killer's Kiss
8. Full Metal Jacket
9. Spartacus
10. Dr Strangelove

the bad

11. Lolita
12. Fear and Desire
13. 2001

The weekend of Kingsman and Ninjago will probably the second busiest September of all time if both do $35-40m+ OW and IT is still chugging along.

Shit. It'd be bonkers if IT, Kingsman, and Ninjago bring in $30M+ each that weekend.
