From what I noticed people who marry latter like around 30 have had far more successful marriages I have noticed.

I'd say that by that age you're pretty grounded in your understanding of who you are, and what you want. Those qualities make for far better relationships platonic and non than when you're still young and trying to understand yourself.

Yeah all my relatives that married in that age have very healthy and adult relationships.

I will likely be in that same boat hopefully lol

Considered posting this in the Oscars section but it’s so good I’ll post it here instead. Lmao John Bailey clearly has no clue how to run the Academy. Just oust him and bring in Laura Dern like they should have done in the first place.

yeah add in that Youtube is becoming quite dominated by the legacy media channels too now.

A bit like for computer animated movie, would not be surprising if the giant studio end up winning that game at the end, if say by 2021 about all studio content get out of Netflix, will their homemade library able to compete ?

The difference with what it would be and what VOD already was risk to be quite small, same expense but we prefer an all included monthly pay and easier to access from more platform.

So what streaming services do we have now releasing their own original content?

Netflix

Amazon

Youtube

Apple

Disney

Hulu

NBCUniversal

CBS All Access

HBO Now

Did I miss any?

(We also have Stan in Australia which has agreements with some of the above (it has Disney and some Hulu shows) and is #2 behind Netflix)

There PureFLIX I think (Christian production that stream direct to consumer).

Urban Movie Channel

Epix, Starz started to do a little bit of them.

To a very small degree, Playstation VUE (Sony) and Xbox Live (microsoft)

Xbox live for example:

Xbox Live original programming

  • Blake's 7 (starting TBA)
  • Every Street United (starting TBA)
  • Halo: The Television Series (starting 2017)
  • Humans (starting TBA)
  • The LeBrons (2012–present)
  • Life's Little Miracles (starting TBA)
  • Miss United Continent (2013–present)
  • The Music Box (2013–present)

Sony:

Yahoo! screen ? If that still going on, acould be closed by now.

All for originaly cable stuff with streaming options a la HBO:

FX+,

Showtime,

AMC premiere

There is a list here:

Warner will launch a DC Universe stream I think also

Red Hot Lego Batman Movie Take: The first hour is a fun barrage of one-liners, but it can't support the runtime. I was zoning out in the last 20, but a good time overall.

I think “Harvard for police” was the only thing I laughed at.
