I had predicted The Joker s fate for months but nobody would listen.

Todd Phillips is a once in a lifetime talent and I hope he wons all the Oscar because he knows superhero movies are silly movies for kids, empty & immature escapism directed by producers and film comittees.

He knew he had to transcend the genre, so he did.

He has now elevated the genre with poise and grace, giving it grandeur and meaning.

He has now transformed  superhero movies into a legitimate  artform that will be revered and admired for decades to come.

The Joker is the 2nd best superhero movie ever will be a war cry long remembered.

Nolan must be so proud.

All Hail The Todd.

Can't wait  to see this masterpiece honestly.

This is a breath of fresh air we desperately needed.

Warner was so brave to take all those risks.

Kudos to the producers for allowing such a bold film to exist in a Disney centered movie landcape where creativity and audacity are verboten in studio filmmaking.

And bravo to Joaquin Phoenix for playing a part completely out of his comfort zone, what a talent.

Who knew Joaquin could play a crazy guy for 2h ?

Nobody but the uterly brilliant folks at Warner.

Post of the decade right here.

Todd so powerful it made The Futurist dump Jennifer Lawrence.

But seriously, her and Jenny Nicholson are probably the best YouTube has to offer regarding film criticism and analysis.

After mentioning The Expanse I thought I might rewatch the first 3 seasons before season 4.  I finished yesterday.
