Honestly the thing that's gonna kill Netflix is getting rid of their entire library of old shows that ppl like to binge. It's basically down to sitcoms at this point, and once those are gone...

Even though it won't be happening for a while (contract expires after the final release of this year), I imagine Netflix is still annoyed at Disney for not renewing their deal with them in favor of launching their own service.
