Avatar may be the better made movie even if its like analyzing a beach ball, but Jurassic World was one of the funniest and most entertaining experiences I've had at a theater because I saw it in packed house on OD and I honestly couldn't tell if everyone was laughing at the movie or with the movie.  And I can't tell if the movie's commentary on commercialism and its own audience was intentional or not either lol.

 

I wouldn't particularly call any of those 5 great though.

I think JW was a big huge hit film but as I said it pretty much is DMC with Inflation and 3D to me...

 

I think the other 600 million dollar films are a bigger deal to me personally. 

 

 SW7 is more noted as its the most attended film of the past 20 years and its a Star Wars Movie so it is like forever going to be talked about...for crying out loud memes from ROTS are still floated around.

 

Avatar is an all-time Global Hit and started the 3D Craze and showed James Cameron is God.

 

Titanic is the most attended film of the modern era, and a global all time hit, enough said.

 

Avengers reshaped comic book movies (team-ups and reaching to a Global audience) and really put in place the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

I use Chrome, and you can add a free plug-in from the Chrome store. But I think there are versions for Safari, Firefox...

 

no  more adds in my internet. It’s become extremely invasive .
