Episode IX will be the last Star Wars film to gross 600m+.

Hahaha this might be the silliest thing I’ve ever read.

You do realize Star Wars is forever right? When will people finally get this? TFA took back #1 all time 38 years after ANH. And you can bet 38 years from now give or take there will be another huge Star Wars movie that makes whatever is a fuckton then.

If you mean that currently rumored or announced SW movies like RJs trilogy won’t make $600M each, sure, I agree with you that it’s likely the case. But if you think for one second that no Star Wars movie over the next 50 years will break $600M you both know nothing about movies and nothing about Star Wars.

The number and percentage-wise is more than Rogue One

R1 dropped 955 theaters in it's 5th weekend which was 22.97% of it's existing theaters while TLJ could potentially lose 26% of it's theaters. TwoMisfits was not far off when she said that TLJ will lose a substantial amount of theaters (<<R1) in the 5th weekend.
