How Rose gets what she needs is indeed X Men-ish (effects-wise). But the trailer had to emphasize that so that we understand the danger for heroic characters.

I feel like this is gonna be a very good movie that doesn't make a lot of money. I trust Flanagan, but I just feel like this isn't gonna have much mass appeal or anticipation

I got this is front of IT the other night and thought the trailer was really good, had no interest in this till I saw this trailer but I’m for sure going to see this now in theatres.

This probably has more interest than Scary Stories which opened to 20 mil. Especially considering the fact that there are literally zero horror films between Chapter 2 and this, it can very easily breakout.
