The trailer makes it look like a campy but fun horror movie where you root for the villain. Hopefully the reviews are at least mildly positive so as not to dissuade me from seeing it.

 

ETA: The Twitter reactions from the multiple screenings tonight are largely (but not universally) positive. Lots of praise for Spencer with overall sentiment for the film somewhere between good and great. Fingers crossed for decent reviews.

I'm pretty sure there's a scene in the trailer showing Octavia torturing him as he's shirtless on a bed.
