That's probably for the best. At this point The X-Men seem to work just fine on their own.

Kevin Feige has had a file on the X-Men since the first X-Men movie when he was an associate producer.  If the deal goes through, Fox's Marvel is getting locked in Disney's vault, and the whole thing is gonna be rebooted under Kevin's direction.  And if he was CRAZY SMART, he would insist that Storm debuts in Black Panther 2, but leaves at the end to go form her own team, which leads into Storm forming their X-Men boot.

I think you can. Just establish the Fantastic Four as already being superheroes for a while. As Black Panther already kinda proves, it's really not that hard to do a superhero film without an origin.

According to BOM (http://www.boxofficemojo.com/news/?id=4066&p=.htm) Jurassic World made $18.5m in previews before a $208.8m OW. Given that Panther is expected to perform similarly, but perhaps a little more front loaded due to being a CBM still, I'm gonna go for high-end of 25.2/18.5 * 208.8 = 284.4m for the 4-day. That really shows the power that JW had

I've never been much of a fan of T'Challa / Storm relationship. I'm not sure she'd so work so well in a Black Panther sequel honestly, at least not without introducing the concept of mutants.

Should get some word around 4:00 PM ET once EC matinees are rolling and WC matinees are starting up.  

 

Whatever gauge we can get on pre-evening business will be a better indicator for Sat/Sun performance.  Strong early day share today points to a stronger increase tomorrow.

I think Guardians of the Galaxy 3 should be a Thor and GOTG matchup especially now the filming and comedy styles have become the same.
