READY PLAYER ONE | 445.2 M overseas ● 582.9 M worldwide

Recommended Posts

8.5m from all OS markets including Japan. 2.3m from CBO. [2 x (5th OS weekend 8.5m - CBO 2.3m)] gives us 12.4m. OS-CBO total is 202.9m. CBO total atm is 211.4m. Latest update from @POTUS has the movie doing 220m+.

DBO - 136.5m

CBO - 220m

OS-CBO Total - (202.9+12.4) = 215.3m

Total World-Wide BO - (136.5+220+215.3) = 571.8m.

From Warner Bros, Amblin and Village Roadshow, Steven Spielberg’s Ready Player One is still playing overseas with a $6.3Mweekend on about 5,725 screens in 56 markets. The international running cume now stands at $433.6M, bringing the running global tally to $566.7M.

10-11 more os will give it 577-578 ww. Dom has 3-4 left in it after a 1.3 weekend so low 580s final looks likely.

600 ww looked legit at one point when Dom was looking at 145-150 instead of 135 and Japan had 30 odd expectations. Right now 585 looks like the max it will do and still a very good result none the less. Hope OS-China was stronger though. China added 75-100 more than even high expectations else would have struggled to reach 500 ww.

it's doing well but there was confident talk of 30-35 vs 20-25 and 600 ww looked in play.
