When will the countdown begin?

Hoping to either start it tonight or tomorrow morning.  I have a few real life things today that may slow me down and cause a Saturday start.

LMFAO.  That's wicked funny my brain spaced that way.  I legit blanked on that.  Sorry, Joe Johnson.

Darn, I l forgot On Golden Pond, African Queen and North By Northwest.  (Adam's Rib is also worthy)

We have the same Ford and Wilder - though I also have The Apartment for Wilder and was this close to also adding Stalag 17.

Too many great movies, too few slots.  When someone mentioned Michael Clayton (not on my list ) I began to think of all the great lawyer/trial movies I left off - The Verdict, Anatomy Of A Murder, Judgement At Nuremberg, To Kill A Mocking Bird

Most by a director on my list: Spielberg - 4, Michael Curtiz, Billy Wilder, David Lean & Hitchcock - 3, Cuckor, Wyler, Capra, Welles, Miyazaki, Powell & Pressburger, Russos (only time I allowed more than one film per franchise - mostly to spite @Critically Acclaimed Panda :P) - 2

I mean a few people ignored the 2018 rules and put IW in their lists anyways (and don’t worry the 2018 rule is strict)

i wonder if TFA had made the list if it wasnt labeled a Star Wars movie.

That makes no sense. Everything about it is Star Wars. So I'm not sure what you are saying here.

"How the hell is ________________ ranked so(high/low)?

Cant believe transformers 4 is lower ranked than TFA. Transformers 4 is much more transformers than TFA is Star Wars. And transformers 4 has much more integrity and personality than the soulless mcfeast that TFA is. If TFA was an avengers film with Thor, Captain and iron man with it no one would care.

That's ridiculous.  I would be much better.

TFA is an MCU.  The First Avenger is the probably one of the better MCU films.
