A24's last DirecTV-on-demand-alongside-theatrical-release film, The Vanishing of Sidney Hall, was a film that received bad reviews. This might be telling.

This movie was a hot ass mess.

 

Chalamet’s and Roe have a lot of chemistry onscreen that when the betrayal begins everything about their relationship (and the film’s story) begins to fall apart.

It was an absolute hot mess. Timmy deserved so much better.
