Im quite relieve that EG can still do $850M+ in the projection. After seeing everyone freaking out about the low number of this week, I started to worry

They overreact and expect perpetual horrible legs like they did with Captain Marvel after it's big drop the 2nd weekend. It's just silly.

I'm a little surprised by that 870M domestic projection, its been dropping worse than Infinity War, what's indicating that its going to start dropping better than IW in the next few weeks?

iw added 130 after the  third weekend so even if endgame continues to drop worse( which i doubt) it will hit at least 850 just from the raw numbers, also i will answer the question with question, why not ?

its not silly, its forum while endgame could continue like that to judge the rest of its run and write off the movie so quickly its silly to say the least, while endgame maybe wont do it, do you remember when the so called numbers and facts after the 3 weekend were saying that captain marvel would finish with 380-390 ? look how that turned out

Will be interesting to compare next weeks. DP will probably drop pretty hard. Iw dropped 53% in the 4th weekend.

Dogs Journey won't do much at all, and JW3 at 55-65. Imo

Maybe I have a more pessimistic vision, but US could end up with $850M, while China doesn't surpass $630M. Thus, EG would lose the race. It's going to be a real nailbiter

If OS-C only heads to 1.31B or so, then Avatar is no longer certain after the DOM weekend. Next weekend will be critical for gaining back ground since IW had DP2 and AEG has little competition.

Eh we all doubted IW would do 2 billion, with huge grosses the film will be making decent money for a while.
