$10.5m would be a 67.1% drop. $11m would a 65.6% drop.

 

For comparison:

 

The Avengers: Infinity War had a 64.3% drop on its first Monday. 

Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2 had a 74.8% drop on its first Monday.

Captain America: Civil War had a 68.7% drop on its first Monday. 

 

I think it's... good? I hope? I don't know. Fine is the appropriate word, I guess.

I still stand what I've said about Deadpool 2 over the weekend word by word. Love the film to death and hoped that it'd have a better release date, but I'm holding further judgement to how it'll behave until we have Wednesday's numbers after the Memorial Weekend.

64% Mon drop after Sun itself falling only 21% is great. I felt 13 could happen as it's Victoria Day but Sunday being that strong made a high 50s drop unrealistic.

Godzilla:  -66.1% / -9.5%

MM:FR:  -57.9% / -5.6%  

KING ARTHUR:  -58.8% /+8%

Alien Covenant : -62.5%/ +1.8%

 

Other CBM that had been out earlier - AOU, CW, GOTG2 all had Tues drops   (-12.1, -4.3, -5.8)

Really solid drop. Let's see if Tuesday can stay almost flat, though I wouldn't be surprised with 5%+ drop.

If AIW drops in that range, Monday gross will be around 3.6-3.7M range. So close to 600M

It won't drop that much during MD! That would mean around 66% 3day drop with an inflated Sunday gross. And reception is good.
